Frequently asked questions

If you have other questions or issues, please contact us.

  • How do you screen your workers?

We have a rigorous screening process. We start fairly general, with a phone call, and move from there into a face to face interview with each and every applicant. If all appears in order, we progress through all the necessary background checks and references. This thorough process ensures you are left with an employee you can count on.

  • How are your workers paid?

Temporary workers (both the short and long term variety) are paid by us, as employees of our company. If they are a direct placement, however, they become a part of your payroll, and are paid as regular employees of your business.

  • Are the workers I hire considered employees or contractors?

Workers hired by us are employees and not contractors.

  • How short are your “short term” workers?

Our short term workers can accommodate anywhere from a few days, up to a few months.
